The stem of this plant is the superhero. Do you know giloy’s stem is known to be the best medicine in treating fever in the cases of dengue, malaria, typhoid or even covid-19 for that matter. I have personally used it in my case.
It is nature’s own immunity booster which is anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant. It is upper helpful in removing toxins from the body which automatically makes the body fight even harder with the virus and eventually defeating it.
Another fact about giloy is that it highly affective in improving digestion and flushing out all unnecessary stuff you’ve been holding inside.
How to use giloy?
Well, giloy can be used in various forms like kaadha/tablets/juice or even powder.
Kaadha has the potential to replace all unhealthy drugs/pills. With so many natural immunity boosters together mixed, it is the no.1 solution to your illness.
Let us see how to make kaadha?
-In pan, on a medium flame, pour one full glass of water.
-Next, add little pieces of crushed ginger, a finger long giloy stem or a spoon of giloy juice, 4 crushed black pepper, 7-8 crushed tulsi leaves or holy basil and a pinch of haldi/turmeric.
-Now mix it well and cover the tap to let this mixture infuse medicinal properties of everything added.
-Let it keep boiling until the water remains about 1/4th of total added initially. It will take about 20 minutes to reach that level.
-Once it 1/4th of the water is left, strain it out in a glass and add little honey or jaggary and lemon.
-Drink it sip by sip, feeling it through your throat with a mindset that you’re beginning to heal.

Amla
Amla being super rich in vitamin C is top notch in the list of naturally immunity boosters. It is said that having one amla is equal to having 20 oranges at a time. Surprising isn’t it? This is the level if vitamin c richness in amla. We all know how importance vitamin c for our body to fight with the disease. Even though Amla is very sour in taste, some still enjoy its taste
How to consume alma?
One can have amla either directly or here’s a trick – if you find it too sour, place it in the pan over your cooked vegetable for 5-10 mins (the flame must be off) and enjoy having it like a pickle.
Similarly, other forms in which alma is available –
Amla juice , Amla powder, Amla murabba
However, one thing that should be kept in mind is that amla is too sour in nature which sometimes can hamper your throat so to avoid it – 1. follow the above hack and 2. Donot eat amla after sunset.
